Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Fuelosify (fuelosify.co.uk), we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof that they have been returned).
30-Day Returns Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, Fuelosify offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
To request a return, please email hi@fuelosify.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If you report the issue within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
Please contact us immediately at hi@fuelosify.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, email hi@fuelosify.com within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and the replacement item requested. Once the original item is received and inspected, you may place a new order for the replacement item or we will arrange an exchange where applicable.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must not show signs of excessive handling beyond inspection
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item’s value has been diminished due to unnecessary handling.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or customised products
- Perishable goods
- Sealed hygiene or personal care items once opened
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Return Shipping Costs
If you cancel under your 14-day statutory right, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Fuelosify will cover reasonable return costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing Times
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Statutory cancellations will be refunded within 14 days.
Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card provider, and then contact your bank. If you still require assistance, email hi@fuelosify.com.
