Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to domestic orders within the United Kingdom. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly informed about our shipping procedures. By placing an order with Fuelosify, you accept the terms outlined below.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time (UK Domestic)

Transit Time: Orders are typically in transit for 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both handling and transit time.

Generally, orders arrive within 2–4 business days.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen courier delays, delivery times may be slightly extended. However, we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Change of Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, you may request a cancellation.

If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further instructions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.

We will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier. Please note that investigations may take several business days to complete.

Fuelosify is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered to the correct address, but we will always do our best to assist.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject the parcel at the time of delivery.
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.
  • Contact us as soon as possible.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence and arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and details so we can assist you promptly.
